Offering support to non-profit
inProgress is a dynamic training and consultancy  company offering a range of services to non-governmental, non-profit organisations in support of their work.
It is our belief that in order to make the most of the limited resources that most NGOs have, there is a need not only to know the substance of what needs to be done, but also how best to do it. We see ourselves as the professional facilitators who can ensure that you are using the right tools for your work so that you can achieve your goals as professionally and efficiently as possible.

We have a particular focus on the fields of Development and Human Rights, especially where issues in these fields intersect with the European Union.

Our Approach To Training
inProgress offers both open courses and in-house training designed to address the specific needs of our clients.

As we teach adults, we have remained very conscious of the fact that learning styles differ significantly between adults and traditional methods that are most successful with children. In response, we have developed a training methodology in accordance with adult learning theory. This requires a greater responsibility and preparation on the part of the trainer, but we feel it is the sole approach to ensure heightened learning and the success of our courses. This is the reason why our training courses are: participatory, respectful, goal-oriented, practical, diverse, and friendly.

Difficulties convincing your boss to pay for the training? Read here why an organisation should care about training and professional development.
Click here for the list of topics for which we can organise courses. For more information about the content of the courses please go to our training calendar.

Most of our courses can be delivered in English, French, Spanish, and German.
